Girls on the Run is a physical activity-based positive youth development program that inspires 3rd through 8th grade girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.” The girls have been having a great time getting to know each other, developing self-esteem, and running together.
